The Story of Vittoria Coffee
How It All Started
In 1958, the Cantarella brothers started something new. They began to roast small amounts of special Arabica coffee beans. They did this at their food importing place in a part of Sydney called Haymarket. Their first customers were the new "Italian cafés" in Sydney.
Growing Bigger
Today, the Schirato family owns Vittoria Coffee. The CEO is Les Schirato, and his son, Rolando Schirato, is the Managing Director.
Vittoria Coffee started selling its products in the United States in 2014. Rolando helped lead this expansion. Even with this growth, Vittoria Coffee is still Australia's top pure coffee brand. You can find their coffee in restaurants and cafés all around the world.
What They Make
Besides their regular coffee, Vittoria also makes coffee pods that work with Nespresso machines. They also have their own brand of pods and coffee makers called Espressotoria.
