WC and the Maad Circle was an American hip hop group. They were from Los Angeles, California. The group included four members: WC, Big Gee, Coolio, and DJ Crazy Toones.

About the Group
How the Group Started
The name MAAD stands for Minority Alliance of Anti-Discrimination. This means they wanted to speak up for groups of people who were treated unfairly. The rapper WC started the group in 1990. This was after his first group, Low Profile, broke up.
Their Music and Albums
WC and the Maad Circle released two albums. The first was called Ain't a ... Thang Changed in 1991. Their second album, Curb Servin', came out in 1995. These albums had some popular songs. Some of their well-known songs include "Dress Code," "West Up!," and "The One."
What Happened Next
After a few years, WC left the group. He then formed a new hip hop group called Westside Connection. He joined with other famous rappers, Ice Cube and Mack 10. WC and DJ Crazy Toones kept working together. They worked at Ice Cube's music company, Lench Mob Records.
Remembering the Members
Sadly, two members of the group have passed away. Crazy Toones died on January 9, 2017, when he was 45 years old. Later, on September 28, 2022, Coolio also passed away. He was found at a friend's house.
