WWE Cyber Sunday facts for kids
Cyber Sunday was a unique yearly event put on by WWE, a big professional wrestling company. It usually happened in late October. This event was special because it let fans choose important parts of the matches, like who would fight or what kind of match it would be! It took over from an older event called Taboo Tuesday, which had a similar idea. In 2009, Cyber Sunday was replaced by another event called WWE Bragging Rights.
How Did Fans Vote?
The coolest thing about Cyber Sunday was that the fans were in charge! Before the event, WWE would let people vote online. They could choose things like:
- Which wrestler would challenge for a championship title.
- What type of match two wrestlers would have (like a Steel Cage match or a Triple Threat match).
- Who would be the special guest referee for a match.
This made every Cyber Sunday different and exciting because the fans decided what happened! It was like a big interactive show.
