Wander Over Yonder was a fun American animated TV show made by Disney. It first aired on August 16, 2013, and the last episode was shown on June 27, 2016.
The show is all about Wander, a super traveler who is always happy and positive. His best friend is Sylvia, and together they journey from one planet to another. Their main goal is to help people have a great time and live freely. This makes Lord Hater very angry! He is one of the most powerful bad guys in the galaxy, and he tries to stop Wander with his army of Watchdogs.
The person who created Wander Over Yonder is Craig McCracken. He also made other popular cartoons like The Powerpuff Girls and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.
How the Show Was Made
Wander Over Yonder was the first show Craig McCracken created for a Disney TV channel. Wander's character actually appeared in McCracken's sketchbooks and on clothes he sold at special events. He even planned a graphic novel about Wander, but it was never finished. McCracken has described Wander as a "traveling, hippie-like, Muppet man."
