Learning in Waynesfield

The Waynesfield-Goshen Local Schools District has one building for all students from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade. This building includes the high school, middle school, and elementary school. The school's sports teams are called the Tigers. They compete in the Northwest Central Conference (NWCC).

Waynesfield also has a public library. It is a part of the Auglaize County Public Library system.

Golfing at Prairie View

The Prairie View Golf Club was built in 1991. It is a public golf course with 18 holes. Golfers can enjoy its well-kept fairways and greens.

Racing at Waynesfield Raceway Park

The Waynesfield Raceway Park opened in 1993. It is a large motor sports area covering 40 acres. It has a 1/3-mile dirt oval track for car races. There is also a smaller 1/5-mile dirt oval track for kart and quarter midget racing. The park is located about a mile south of the village.
