History
Webber was founded in the 1880s. It was named after Dan Webber, who owned land there. The first post office opened in November 1889.
In 1887, a railway company called the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway built a train line through Webber. This line connected towns like Neva and Superior. Later, in 1996, this railway joined with another one to become the BNSF Railway. Even today, many local people still call it the "Santa Fe" railway.
Geography
Webber is a very small city. According to the United States Census Bureau, its total area is about 0.11 square miles (0.30 square kilometers). All of this area is land.
