Westminster is a community in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, United States. It is known as a census-designated place (CDP). This means it's a special area that the government counts for population, but it's not an officially organized city or town.

In 2010, about 3,008 people lived here. This was more than the 2,515 people counted in 2000. Westminster is part of the larger Baton Rouge area, which includes many nearby towns and cities. There have been talks about Westminster becoming part of a new city called St. George.

It shares its borders with the city of Baton Rouge on its north, west, and south sides. To the east, across Bluebonnet Road, you'll find another community called Inniswold.
