The Story of Whistler Water
Where the Water Comes From
Whistler Water first got its water from a place called Function Junction. This was near Whistler, British Columbia from 1991 to 1992. They had to move their water source because of nearby industrial activity. Since 1992, Whistler Water has been sourced from Place Glacier. This glacier is located just outside Whistler, British Columbia.
Mountain Bottle Design
In 1997, Whistler Water launched a new bottle design. They called it the 'mountain bottle' for their Glacial Spring Water. At this time, they also started selling their water to other countries.
Bottling the Water
The Bottling Plant
Whistler Water has a special factory in Burnaby, British Columbia. This is where they bottle all their water. This factory also helps other companies bottle their own drinks. They bottle private label brands and even fizzy drinks for other businesses.
