William Valdés López was born on January 10, 1994, in Havana, Cuba. He is a talented actor, singer, and TV host. Today, he lives in Mexico City, Mexico.

William Valdés's Career Journey
William started his journey in entertainment very early. When he was just 5 years old, he went to the National Circus school in Havana. Later, at age 9, his family moved to Miami, Florida.
Acting Roles
As a teenager, William studied acting. He then appeared in the first season of the TV show Grachi. In this show, he played a character named Sibilo "Ora" Santisteban.
In 2012, William took on another role in the TV show El rostro de la venganza. He played Miguel Ángel Samaniego. He worked alongside Kimberly Dos Ramos and María Gabriela de Faría, who he had also worked with on Grachi. In 2014, William began filming another TV show called Voltea pa' que te enamores. This show was a new version of a Venezuelan telenovela with the same name.
Music Career
In May 2013, William became part of a Mexican boy band called CD9. The other members were Jos Canela, Alonso Villalpando, Alan Navarro, and Freddy Leyva. They released their first song, "The Party," in August 2013. After that, they signed a music deal with Sony Music México.
William left the group in October of that year. He later explained in 2016 that he left because the band's management could not provide him with food and a place to stay in Mexico, as they had promised. He said he was still good friends with the other band members.
In May 2015, William released his first song as a solo artist. It was called "#MAS".
TV Hosting
William also worked as a TV host. He was a co-host on the Univision morning show ¡Despierta America!. He later left the show in 2017. He also co-hosted the Estrella TV morning talk show Buenos Días Familia. He left that show in January 2019.
