Williamstown is a small community in northern Lewis County, Missouri, United States. It's called an unincorporated community because it doesn't have its own local government like a city or town. You can find it where Missouri Supplemental Routes A and E meet, about twenty miles northwest of Canton. This community is part of the Quincy, Illinois–Missouri area, which is a group of smaller towns and their surrounding areas that are connected by jobs and businesses.
