William Kenneth Adams (born on February 22, 1980), known professionally as Willy Northpole, is an American rapper. He is from Phoenix, Arizona. He became well-known after signing with Disturbing Tha Peace Records. His first album, Tha Connect, was released in June 2009.

Willy Northpole was born William Adams in Phoenix, Arizona, on February 22, 1980. He grew up in Phoenix.

Starting His Music Journey

Willy Northpole began his music career by connecting with people in the music industry. He reconnected with Tiffany J., a friend from his childhood. Tiffany J. later became a producer and artist manager.

In 2007, Willy Northpole signed with Disturbing Tha Peace and Def Jam. These are big record labels. He was the only rap artist from the western United States to sign with them at that time. He was also the only rapper from Phoenix to get a major record deal. In 2012, Willy Northpole left Disturbing Tha Peace.

Willy has worked with many talented rappers and music producers. Some of these include Ez Elpee, Shondrae of Bangladesh Productions, Trak Starz, Heatmakerz, Reefa, and Nitti.

New Music and Collaborations

Willy Northpole continues to make new music. In October 2023, he took part in a "cypher" with Whitney Peyton and Bag of Tricks Cat. A cypher is when rappers take turns freestyling or performing their verses. This cypher was called “The Goosebumps Cypher.” During his performance, Willy Northpole announced that he had officially signed with Whitney Peyton’s record label, Alpha Howse.
