Wilson is a village in Belmont and Monroe counties in the U.S. state of Ohio. It is part of the Wheeling, West Virginia Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 125 at the 2010 census.

Wilson is located at 39°51′45″N 81°4′15″W / 39.86250°N 81.07083°W (39.862506, -81.070815).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.47 square miles (1.22 km2), of which 0.41 square miles (1.06 km2) is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 km2) is water.

At the 2010 census there were 125 people, 56 households, and 37 families living in the village. The population density was 304.9 inhabitants per square mile (117.7/km2). There were 68 housing units at an average density of 165.9 per square mile (64.1/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 96.0% White and 4.0% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.4%.
Of the 56 households 21.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.1% were married couples living together, 3.6% had a female householder with no husband present, 5.4% had a male householder with no wife present, and 33.9% were non-families. 32.1% of households were one person and 19.6% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 2.23 and the average family size was 2.84.
The median age in the village was 49.8 years. 20% of residents were under the age of 18; 7.2% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 15.2% were from 25 to 44; 32% were from 45 to 64; and 25.6% were 65 or older. The gender makeup of the village was 52.8% male and 47.2% female.
