Wintersburg is a small community in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States. It is located about 48 miles west of downtown Phoenix. It is also 17 miles west of Buckeye.
Wintersburg is known for being home to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station. This is the largest nuclear power plant in the United States.
