Wise Gap, sometimes called Wise's Gap, is a small place in Monroe County, Mississippi, United States. It is an "unincorporated community," which means it does not have its own local government like a city or town.

You can find Wise Gap east of a town called Amory. It is located close to where two main roads, U.S. Route 278 and Mississippi Highway 8, meet.
