Wolftrap Mountain is a mountain located in the middle of Ireland. It sits right on the border between two counties: Laois and Offaly. This mountain is part of a larger group of mountains called the Slieve Bloom Mountains.

Wolftrap Mountain stands 487 metres (about 1,598 feet) tall. This makes it one of the highest points in its area. It is the third-highest mountain in County Offaly. It is also the fourth-highest mountain within the entire Slieve Bloom Mountains range.
Its Place in Ireland
When we look at all the mountains in Ireland, Wolftrap Mountain is the 602nd highest. It is also special because it is the most northerly, or northernmost, mountain in the Slieve Bloom range. This means it's at the very top end of this mountain group.
