Worzel Gummidge is a fun British TV show that started in 2019. It's a fantasy mini-series based on the classic Worzel Gummidge books by Barbara Euphan Todd. The show is about a magical scarecrow named Worzel.
The main actor, Mackenzie Crook, also wrote and directed the series. It was first shown on BBC One in December 2019. More episodes were made later, with one airing on Christmas Eve 2020. The show has been very popular with families.
