Wyalusing is a small place in Wisconsin, United States. It's not a city or a village with its own government. Instead, it's called an unincorporated community. This means it's part of a larger area called the Town of Wyalusing.
Wyalusing is located in Grant County. It's a quiet spot in the southwestern part of the state.
How Wyalusing Got Its Name
A pioneer named Robert Glenn, Sr. helped name this area. He thought the land looked a lot like a place he knew in Pennsylvania. That place was called Wyalusing, Pennsylvania. So, he decided to give the same name to this new community in Wisconsin. It's like naming a new pet after a favorite one!
