Yamasá is a town in the Dominican Republic. It is a type of local government area called a municipality. Yamasá is part of the Monte Plata area. It also includes a smaller local area called Los Botados.
Yamasá is located north of Santo Domingo, the capital city. The Ozama River flows through Yamasá. This river is one of the longest rivers in the Dominican Republic.
