Yang Huiyan is the chairwoman of Country Garden Holdings. This is a big company that builds many properties. Her father, Yang Guoqiang, gave her a large part of the company in 2007. Helping Others

In 2023, Yang Huiyan made a big donation to charity. She gave about 55% of her shares in a property management company to a charity. This charity was started by her younger sister. The donation was worth about $826 million.

This happened while China's real estate market was facing challenges. Even with this large donation, Yang Huiyan still controls more than 36% of the company's shares. The charity that received the donation has promised not to sell these shares for ten years. The money from these shares will be used to help many good causes.
