Yasmine Azaiez (born 16 October 1988) is a talented violinist. She was born in London, England, but her family is from Tunisia. Today, she lives in Tunisia. Yasmine is known for her amazing violin playing, her music, and even for acting in movies.

Becoming a Musician
Yasmine started playing the violin when she was very young, just four years old! She loved music from the start.
Early Training
When Yasmine was eight, she got into a special music school called the Yehudi Menuhin School in England. This school is famous for training young musicians.
She began performing on stage when she was about eleven. At seventeen, she won second place in a big competition called the "Young Musician of the Year Competition." Judges from the Royal College of Music were very impressed by her talent. They said she was professional and had a great stage presence. She studied at this school until 2008.
Studying in America
After high school, Yasmine moved to the United States. She earned a spot at the New England Conservatory in Boston. This is another very respected music school.
In 2010, she was even put on the Dean's honor roll for her excellent work. That same year, she was one of only nine finalists in a worldwide violin competition in Sydney, Australia. She proudly represented Africa and the Middle East in this global event.
