Yeah Yeah Yeahs is a cool indie rock band from New York City. It has three main members: Karen O, Nick Zinner, and Brian Chase. Karen O is the lead singer, Nick Zinner plays guitar, and Brian Chase plays drums. They started making music together in the year 2000. Later, in 2009, another guitarist named David Pajo joined them.

They have released four albums that many people enjoy. Their first album was Fever to Tell. After that came Show Your Bones, then It's Blitz!, and their fourth album is called Mosquito.

The band has been recognized for their music many times. They were nominated for a Grammy Award three times. These nominations were for their albums Fever to Tell, Show Your Bones, and It's Blitz!.

They also received seven nominations for MTV Awards. Their music videos for songs like Maps (in 2004), Heads Will Roll (in 2009), and Sacrilege (in 2013) were all nominated.
