Crizam César de Oliveira Filho, known to many as Zinho, is a famous Brazilian footballer who has now retired. He was born on June 17, 1967. Zinho was known for playing as a left winger or an attacking midfielder. He was a key player in the Brazilian team that won the 1994 FIFA World Cup. Playing for Clubs
Zinho began his club career in his home country, Brazil. He played for big teams like Flamengo, Palmeiras, Grêmio, Cruzeiro, and Nova Iguaçu. He was very successful in Brazil, winning the top league, the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, four times. He also won the Campeonato Carioca three times with Flamengo.
Zinho also played football outside of Brazil. He joined Yokohama Flügels in Japan and later played for Miami FC in the United States. His time with these clubs showed his talent on an international stage.
Playing for Brazil
Zinho was a very important player for the Brazilian national team. He is most famous for being part of the team that won the 1994 FIFA World Cup in the United States. This was a huge achievement for him and his country.
He also played in other major international tournaments. He competed in the 1993 Copa América and the 1995 Copa América, where Brazil finished as runners-up in 1995.
