Ingrid Elena Cruz Toro (born July 1, 1975) is a famous Chilean actress. She is well-known for her roles in popular TV shows like Brujas (2005), Somos los Carmona (2013–2014), Pituca sin lucas (2014–2015), and Demente (2021).

Early Life and Education
Ingrid Elena Cruz Toro was born in Antofagasta, Chile, on July 1, 1975. Her father, Norman Cruz, was from El Salvador. Her mother is Sara Toro.
Ingrid went to school at the Experimental Artistic Lyceum. She also attended the Colegio Instituto Santa María Antofagasta. Later, she moved to Santiago to study acting. She trained at the Fernando González Mardones Theater Club Academy. She finished her studies there in 1998.
Acting Career
Ingrid Cruz started her TV acting career in 1998. Her first TV show was Marparaíso on Canal 13. She worked with actors like Cristián Campos and Jorge Zabaleta. For ten years, she continued to work at Canal 13.
During this time, she acted in many successful TV shows. These included Machos in 2003 and Brujas in 2005. She also appeared in Lola in 2007. Even though she didn't always play the main character, she became very well-known.
In 2009, Canal 13 decided not to renew her contract. After a short break from TV, she got a new chance. She played a villain in the TV show Esperanza in 2011. This role was very successful. After that, she started to appear in more commercials. She also continued acting on TVN. She was in Reserva de familia (2012) and Somos los Carmona (2013).
In 2014, Ingrid Cruz moved to Mega. There, she played the main villain in Pituca sin lucas (2014). This show became a big hit. She has continued to work with Mega on many other shows. She was also a judge on the show The Switch. More recently, she starred in Mega's Demente as Javiera Cáceres.
Personal Life
Ingrid Cruz has one daughter named Emilia.
