What's Inside the Museum?
The Istanbul Toy Museum has a huge collection of toys. There are about 4,000 toys and tiny models from all over the world. Many of these toys are very old, some even nearly 200 years old! It's like a journey through time, seeing how toys have changed.
A Famous Toy Shop Reborn
On the first floor of the museum, you'll find something really cool. It's a recreation of the "Eyüp Toy Shop." This was a very famous toy shop in Istanbul that closed down in the 1950s. Now, you can see what it might have looked like!

The Istanbul Toy Museum is not just popular with visitors. In 2012, it was chosen as a top museum! It was nominated for the annual European Museum Academy Children's Museum Award. This shows how special and well-loved the museum is.
