The strongest hurricane was Hurricane Juliette, with winds up to 150 mph (240 km/h).

About the 1995 Hurricane Season

The 1995 Pacific hurricane season officially started on May 15, 1995, in the eastern Pacific. It began on June 1, 1995, in the central Pacific. The season ended on November 30, 1995. These dates are chosen because most tropical cyclones usually form during this time.
