This 46-story skyscraper was designed by a company called Perkins & Will. It was built by CMK Companies, a real estate company from Chicago. As its name suggests, the building is at 235 West Van Buren Street. It sits right next to the Chicago River.
The building was finished in January 2010. It is mainly a place where people live, with 714 apartments inside. It also has an 11-story parking garage with space for 570 cars.
