2AM is a popular four-member K-pop group from South Korea. They are known for their beautiful ballad songs, which are slow, emotional songs. The group was created by JYP Entertainment, a big music company. 2AM started in 2008 and was a partner group to another band called 2PM.
The group became very famous in 2010 with their hit song, "Can't Let You Go, Even If I Die." Over the years, some members decided to leave JYP Entertainment to try new things. Seulong and Jinwoon left in 2015, and Changmin followed later that year. Even though members left the company, JYP Entertainment said that 2AM was not breaking up. The group is currently on a break, which is called a hiatus. This means they are not actively performing or releasing new music right now. In 2017, Jo Kwon also left JYP Entertainment.
