Changes in Kingdoms and Leaders
In the year 555, there were some big changes in how different lands were ruled.
- King Chlothar I was a powerful leader of the Franks, a group of people who lived in what is now France and Germany. He made his kingdom even bigger by adding the areas of Metz and Reims. This meant more land and more people were under his rule.
