Aaron Becker (born in 1974) is an American writer and illustrator. He creates wonderful books for children. He is especially known for his wordless picture book, Journey. This book won a special award called the Caldecott Honor in 2014.

About Aaron Becker
Aaron Becker was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He grew up there and went to high school. Later, he studied at Pomona College, graduating in 1996. Today, he lives and works in Amherst, Massachusetts.
Before he started writing his own children's books, Aaron Becker worked on animated films. He helped illustrate scenes for popular movies. These included The Polar Express (2004) and Cars (2006). He also worked on Monster House (2006) and Beowulf. Another film he contributed to was A Christmas Carol.

The Journey Trilogy
- Journey (published in 2013) was the first book. It was highly praised and won the Caldecott Honor.
