Adrian Sina's Music Journey
Adrian Sina began his music journey as a disc jockey. Later, he formed a group with Ramona Barta. They became very well-known with their song "Ultima vară" (The Last Summer) in 1999.
Akcent's Rise to Fame
Marius Nedelcu, Sorin Brotnei, and Mihai Gruia joined Adrian's group, Akcent. Together, they had many number-one songs in Romania and across Eastern Europe. This was especially true in the mid-2000s. Their albums sold millions of copies worldwide. Their most famous song was "Kylie," released in 2005.
Solo Career and Producing Hits
In the early 2010s, Adrian Sina started his own solo music career. He worked with many different artists. He also created his own record label, Premium Artist. He released several hit songs on his own, like "Hold On," "I Can't Live Without You," and "Angel."
In 2011, Adrian was a judge on the Romanian X Factor TV show. He helped coach singers who were over 25 years old. At the same time, he produced and wrote many top songs for new artists. First Solo Songs
In 2010, Adrian released his first solo song, "Hold On." It became a top-thirty hit in Romania. A year later, he recorded a new song with British singer Beverlei Brown. The music video for this song was filmed in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.
Later that year, he released another new song called "Angel." This song featured singer Sandra N. Its music video was filmed in New York City. "Angel" became one of the top ten songs in Romania. It was Adrian's first solo song to reach such high success. In 2012, it was the sixteenth most played song in Romania.
Back to Akcent
In early 2014, Adrian Sina brought back the music project Akcent. They released their first EP (a mini-album) called Around the World.
About Adrian's Life
Adrian Sina studied at the Caragiale Academy of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography. He was preparing to become an actor, but he chose music instead. He also shared that when he was young, he wanted to be a park ranger.
