Alberto Guitián Ceballos (born on 29 July 1990) is a Spanish footballer. He plays as a central defender for Gimnástica de Torrelavega. Sometimes, he also plays as a central midfielder.

Playing Football in Spain
Alberto Guitián was born in Los Corrales de Buelna, a town in Cantabria, Spain. He started his football journey at Racing de Santander, a well-known club.
Starting with Racing B
Guitián began playing for the club's reserve team, Racing de Santander B, in the 2008–09 season. This team played in Segunda División B, which is a lower division in Spanish football. He gained valuable experience playing in this league.
Moving to Sporting B
In September 2013, Guitián joined another reserve team, Sporting de Gijón B. They also played in the third division. He played regularly for this team. Because he played so well, he signed a new one-year contract in July 2014.
Playing for Sporting Gijón's Main Team
On 10 July 2015, Guitián got a big promotion! He moved up to the main team of Sporting de Gijón. This team had just been promoted to La Liga, which is the top football league in Spain. During the pre-season, he changed his main playing position to a central defender.
First Professional Games
Guitián played his first professional game on 2 December. It was a Copa del Rey match, where his team lost 0–2 to Real Betis. Later that month, he played his first game in La Liga. He played the whole game against SD Eibar, which also ended in a 0–2 loss.
Joining Real Zaragoza
On 1 February 2016, Guitián left Sporting Gijón. He then joined Real Zaragoza, a team in Segunda División, which is the second-highest league in Spain. He scored his first professional goal on 2 April 2016. It was the only goal for his team in a 1–2 loss against Elche CF.
Time at Real Valladolid
On 17 June 2016, Guitián signed a three-year contract with Real Valladolid. This team also played in the second division. After a while, on 31 January 2018, he was loaned back to Sporting de Gijón until the end of the 2017–18 season.
Return to Real Zaragoza
On 10 December 2018, Guitián returned to Real Zaragoza. He signed a contract for two and a half years. He had only played one game for Real Valladolid in the first half of the 2018–19 season before making this move. He left Zaragoza on 28 January 2021.
Playing Football Abroad
For the first time in his career, Alberto Guitián decided to play football outside of Spain. On 29 January 2021, he signed a contract with Club Bolívar, a football team in Bolivia.
