Alec Utgoff (born March 1, 1986) is a British actor. He is well-known for his roles in movies and TV shows. Alec was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, and moved to the United Kingdom when he was young. He studied acting at a famous school called Drama Centre London.

Alec's acting journey started with a role in the movie The Tourist. He got this part while still in his final year of studies. He is known for playing Aleksandr Borovsky in Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit. He also played Dr. Alexei in the popular TV series Stranger Things.
