Alfredo Jorge Nobre da Costa (born in Lisbon, Portugal, on 10 September 1923 – died in Lisbon, Portugal, on 4 February 1996), was a very important Portuguese engineer and politician. People often called him just Nobre da Costa. He served as the Prime Minister of Portugal for a short time in 1978.
