This community was located within Allamuchy Township in Warren County, New Jersey. In the year 2000, about 3,125 people lived there.
For the 2010 Census, Allamuchy-Panther Valley was divided. It became two separate areas: Allamuchy CDP and Panther Valley. Panther Valley grew to have many more residents.
