Alloway Creek is a cool stream, about 13.5-mile-long (21.7 km). It flows through parts of Pennsylvania and Maryland in the United States. This creek is like a smaller helper stream that joins the Monocacy River. Together, they are both part of the much larger Potomac River system.

Where Alloway Creek Flows

Alloway Creek starts its journey in Pennsylvania. From there, it winds its way through the northwest part of Carroll County, Maryland. It also flows through the southeast area of Adams County, Pennsylvania. Finally, the creek reaches a place called Palmer. Here, it empties its waters into the Monocacy River. It also connects with another stream called Piney Creek.
