This impressive building is home to many luxury apartments called condominiums. It also offers special services, making it feel a bit like a fancy hotel for the people who live there.

What is Altitude Montreal?

Altitude Montreal is a huge building with 33 floors. It is 124 meters (about 407 feet) tall. This makes it a very noticeable part of the Montreal skyline. The building is mainly used for luxury condominiums. These are apartments that people own, often with many special features.

Where is it Located?

Building it Tall

Construction on Altitude Montreal started on May 3, 2010. Before the building was there, the spot was just a parking lot. The building was "topped out" in November 2012. This means the highest point of the building, including its decorative tip, was put in place. The entire building was completed in 2013.

When it was finished in 2013, Altitude Montreal was the tallest residential tower in Montreal. However, it will soon be surpassed by another building called L'Avenue. L'Avenue is expected to be completed in 2017 and will be even taller.
