In her first V-League game as a guest player, she wasn't a starter. But in the next season, she became a starter. Alyssa won her first V-League gold medal with Ateneo. They beat the Adamson Lady Falcons in the finals.

After her waiting period, Alyssa officially joined the Lady Eagles in UAAP Season 74. She played with famous veteran players known as the Fab 5. She helped the team reach the Finals. Ateneo won Game 1 but lost to the DLSU Lady Spikers in the next two games. In beach volleyball, her team finished second.
