Calabarzon is a large region in the Philippines. It is also known as Southern Tagalog Mainland or Region IV-A. This region is located on the island of Luzon, which is the biggest island in the Philippines. The main city and capital of Calabarzon is Calamba.

Calabarzon is made up of five provinces. These are Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon. There is also one important independent city called Lucena.
