Amy Rose Roberts (born on December 24, 1994) is a talented Welsh racing cyclist. She was a professional rider for the PHV team in 2018. Amy is known for her skills in both road and track cycling.

Amy's Cycling Journey

Amy Roberts was born in Llanelli, Wales. She grew up in a town called Pontyberem. Amy went to Queen Elizabeth High School in Carmarthen. When she was 14, Amy started doing triathlon, which combines swimming, cycling, and running.

To get better at cycling, she joined the Towy Riders cycling club. It didn't take long for her to show how good she was. Within just one year, she became the Under-16 Welsh National Cyclo-cross Champion! Amy was also part of British Cycling's Olympic Talent Team. This team helps young athletes who show promise for future Olympic Games.

Representing Wales

Amy had the honor of representing Wales at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, in 2014. At these games, she competed in several exciting cycling events. These included the time trial, individual pursuit, scratch race, and points race.

Amy's Family Life

Amy Roberts has a younger sister named Jessica Roberts. Jessica is also a professional cyclist, just like Amy! In 2018, Jessica won the British National Road Race Championships, showing that cycling talent runs in their family.
