Andre Curtis, born on December 8, 1976, is an American football coach. He works for the Dallas Cowboys in the National Football League (NFL) as their defensive pass coordinator. Before becoming a coach, he played football as a linebacker at the Virginia Military Institute.

Playing Career
Andre Curtis was a talented football player in college. He played as a linebacker for the VMI Keydets team. He was a key player for four years, from 1996 to 1999.
Coaching Journey
College Coaching
Andre Curtis started his coaching career at his old college, VMI. He coached the linebackers, the same position he played. He stayed there for four years. After that, he coached at Georgia Southern in 2004 and 2005. There, he coached the defensive ends. While coaching in college, Andre also got to intern with NFL teams. He worked with the New York Jets and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This was part of a special program called the NFL's Bill Walsh Minority Coaching Fellowship.
New York Giants
From 2006 to 2008, Andre Curtis worked for the New York Giants. He was a defensive quality control coach. He coached under David Merritt, who had also coached him when he played at VMI. During his time with the Giants, Andre Curtis helped the team win a Super Bowl. This is one of the biggest achievements in American football.
St. Louis Rams
After his time with the Giants, Andre Curtis moved to the St. Louis Rams. From 2009 to 2011, he was the defensive backs and safeties coach. He joined the Rams with coach Steve Spagnuolo.
New Orleans Saints
Andre Curtis followed coach Steve Spagnuolo again, this time to the New Orleans Saints. He became the assistant defensive backs coach for the Saints.
Seattle Seahawks
On March 25, 2015, Andre Curtis joined the Seattle Seahawks. He started as the team's safeties coach. In 2017, he became the defensive backs coach. Then, in 2018, he got a promotion. He became the defensive pass game coordinator. He left the team after the 2021 season.
Chicago Bears
On February 10, 2022, it was announced that Andre Curtis joined the Chicago Bears. He worked as their safeties coach.
Dallas Cowboys
On January 29, 2025, it was announced that Andre Curtis joined the Dallas Cowboys. He is now their defensive pass coordinator.
