Andre Alexander Ramsey (born July 24, 1987) is a former American football player. He played as an offensive tackle, which is a position on the offensive line responsible for blocking defenders.
Andre Ramsey was first signed by the Seattle Seahawks in 2009 after being chosen in the 7th round of the NFL draft. Before joining the professional leagues, he played college football at Ball State University. Throughout his career, he also played for several other teams, including the Buffalo Bills, New York Jets, Baltimore Ravens, Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Command, and Carolina Panthers.

Early NFL Career
Seattle Seahawks (2009)
After being drafted, Andre Ramsey played in 6 games for the Seattle Seahawks during the 2009 season. He started in 5 of those games, showing his skills early on.
Buffalo Bills (2009)
Later in 2009, Ramsey joined the Buffalo Bills practice squad. A practice squad is a group of players who train with the team but aren't on the main roster. He was later moved to the active roster in December.
New York Jets (2010)
In 2010, Andre Ramsey signed with the New York Jets. This was a busy year for him as he started in 8 games. He played both as a right and left tackle, showing his flexibility on the offensive line.
Baltimore Ravens (2010)
After trying out, Andre joined the Baltimore Ravens. The next season, he played in 12 games. He helped his team reach the AFC Championship game, which is a big achievement in the NFL.
Miami Dolphins (2011)
In November 2011, Ramsey was signed to the Miami Dolphins practice squad. He was with the team for one game before being released.
Arena and Canadian Football
Kansas City Command (2012)
After his time with the Dolphins, Andre Ramsey moved to the Arena Football League (AFL). He signed with the Kansas City Command for the 2012 season. The AFL is a different style of football played indoors on a smaller field.
Carolina Panthers (2012)
Later in 2012, Ramsey signed with the Carolina Panthers as a free-agent. This was one of his most successful seasons. He played in 14 games as a left guard. Unfortunately, his season ended early in week 14 due to an injury.
BC Lions (2013–2014)
In 2013, Andre Ramsey took his talents to the Canadian Football League (CFL). He signed with the BC Lions and had a very strong performance. He started all 18 games as a left tackle for the team.
Calgary Stampeders (2015)
Ramsey continued his CFL career in 2015, signing with the Calgary Stampeders. He started in 12 games for them, again playing as a left tackle.
Orlando Predators (2016)
Andre Ramsey returned to the Arena Football League in 2015, joining the Orlando Predators. He was with the team until May 2016.
