Club Teams and Achievements
Andrej started his professional journey with Dinamo Zagreb in 1988. He played there until 1994. With Dinamo Zagreb, he helped his team win a Croatian championship in 1993. This was a big achievement for him and the club.
After leaving Croatia, Andrej moved to Germany. He played for Chemnitzer FC from 1994 to 1996. Then, he joined KFC Uerdingen 05 in 1996. From 1997 to 2002, he played for Hamburger SV, one of Germany's well-known clubs.
Later, he played for Sturm Graz in Austria during the 2001–2002 season. His last stop as a player was in Japan. He played for Nagoya Grampus Eight from 2002 to 2004. Overall, Andrej played in 410 club games and scored 30 goals.
International Matches
Andrej Panadić also represented his country, Yugoslavia. He played his first international game in September 1989. It was a friendly match against Greece. He played a total of 3 games for Yugoslavia. Andrej started his coaching career with Radnik Velika Gorica from 2007 to 2008. He also managed the Austrian team LASK Linz in 2008. He spent time as an assistant coach to Branko Ivanković in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Iran.
In January 2016, Andrej took over as manager of Istra 1961 in Croatia. Later, in October 2019, he became the manager of Rudar Velenje. He stayed with them until April 2020.
In October 2022, Andrej took charge of Ferizaj, a club in Kosovo. The team was at the bottom of the league when he joined. As of 2024, he is managing Naft Al-Basra SC.
