Anetz (pronounced "an-ETZ") was a small town, also known as a commune, located in western France. It was part of the Loire-Atlantique area. On January 1, 2016, Anetz joined with another commune to form a new, larger town called Vair-sur-Loire. This means Anetz is no longer a separate commune on its own.

Where Was Anetz Located?

Anetz was situated in the Loire-Atlantique department, which is in the western part of France. This region is known for its beautiful landscapes and the Loire River, one of France's longest rivers. The town was part of the Châteaubriant-Ancenis district.

This growth shows that more families chose to live in the area over time.

What to See in Anetz
