Angela Schijf became famous in the Netherlands for her role as Kim Verduyn. She played this character in the popular TV show Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden from 1996 to 1999. This role helped her become a well-known face on Dutch television.

After her time on Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden, Angela took on many different parts. She appeared in various television shows and movies.

Starring in Flikken Maastricht

In 2007, Angela Schijf started playing Eva van Dongen. This is a main character in the Dutch police drama series Flikken Maastricht. The show is very popular and has been on for many years. She has been a part of the show for a long time, with its nineteenth season finishing production in 2024.

Stage Performances

Between 2014 and 2016, Angela also performed in a play. It was called Kreutzersonate, als het verlangen maar stopt. This play was inspired by a story by the famous writer Leo Tolstoy. She performed it in theatres across the Netherlands and Belgium with her husband and two musicians.

On July 3, 2002, Angela Schijf married the Belgian actor Tom Van Landuyt. They have three daughters together.
