Bratz (also known as Bratz: The Series) is an American CGI animated TV show. It is based on the popular Bratz toy dolls. The show was made by Mike Young Productions and MGA Entertainment. Lionsgate Television helped distribute it.
The series first aired on Cartoon Network and 4Kids TV. It ran from September 10, 2005, to October 14, 2006. After a break, a second season came out in 2008. The show is all about four teenage girls who run their very own magazine for teens.
The voices for the characters changed between seasons. In Season 1, actors like Olivia Hack and Kaley Cuoco lent their voices. For Season 2, Canadian voice actors such as Britt McKillip and Ashleigh Ball took over.
The Bratz TV show also led to movies and video games. There were even spin-off series like Bratz Babyz and Bratz Kidz. Other shows, like Bratzillaz, offered new stories.

What's the Show About?
The story takes place in a made-up city called Stylesville. Four friends named Cloe, Jade, Sasha, and Yasmin are the main characters. They run their own magazine called "Bratz." At the same time, they deal with everyday life at Stiles High School.
Their biggest rival is "Your Thing" magazine. This magazine is run by Burdine Maxwell, who calls herself the "Reigning Queen of Fashion." She is proud and demanding. Burdine also has two mean twin interns, Kirstee and Kaycee, known as "the Tweevils."
The Bratz girls, along with their friends Dylan, Cameron, and Eitan, face many challenges. These adventures happen both in Stylesville and beyond.
Meet the Characters
The show features many fun and unique characters. Here are some of the most important ones:
The Bratz Magazine Crew
These are the four main girls who run the "Bratz" magazine.
Cloe
Cloe (also known as Angel) is voiced by Olivia Hack in Season 1 and Britt McKillip in Season 2. She writes the "Dear Cloe" advice column in the magazine. Cloe is a romantic and loves to dream. She is also very outgoing and can be quite dramatic. She enjoys acting and debating. While she loves shopping and fashion, she also has a tomboy side. She likes skateboarding and riding motorcycles. Cloe's special friend is Cameron.
Sasha
Sasha (also known as Bunny Boo) is voiced by Tia Mowry in Season 1 and Dorla Bell in Season 2. She is the music editor for the group. Sasha is great at hip-hop dancing and creating songs. She is known for being bold and sassy. Sometimes, she can be a bit too focused on perfection or controlling. Her famous saying is "Let's move people!" Like Cloe, Sasha can be a tomboy, which shows in her style. Her special friend is Cruise.
Jade
Jade (also known as Kool Kat) is voiced by Soleil Moon Frye in Season 1 and Britt Irvin in Season 2. Jade is the fashion editor for the magazine. She has a bubbly, open, and sensitive personality. Jade started the "Bratz" magazine idea after Burdine unfairly fired her from an internship at "Your Thing" magazine.
Yasmin
Yasmin (also known as Pretty Princess) is voiced by Dionne Quan in Season 1 and Maryke Hendrikse in Season 2. Yasmin is the leader of the Bratz and the main journalist. She loves literature and is very passionate about writing. She is known for being sensitive, sweet, and smart. Yasmin also cares deeply about animals and runs her own animal shelter. Her special friends are Eitan and Dylan.
The "Your Thing" Team
These characters are the rivals of the Bratz girls.
Burdine Maxwell
Burdine Maxwell is voiced by Wendie Malick in Season 1 and Ellie Harvie in Season 2. She is the boss of "Your Thing" magazine. Burdine is actually the reason the Bratz magazine started. She fired Jade without a good reason. Burdine gets angry easily, is impatient, and very bossy. She calls herself the "Reigning Queen of Fashion." To keep this title, she always wears the same pink suits and has over 50 pairs of old-fashioned pink shoes. Her catchphrase is: "Mother of Pink!" She loves her tiny dog, Royale, who is a Miniature Pinscher. Burdine also has a twin sister named Burnice who looks almost exactly like her.
Kirstee
Kirstee is voiced by Kaley Cuoco in Season 1 and Ashleigh Ball in Season 2. She is the older of the two "Tweevils." She wears her hair in a bun with a crown-shaped hair tie. Because she is older and smarter, Kirstee often leads their plans.
Kaycee
Kaycee is voiced by Lacey Chabert in Season 1 and Kelly Sheridan in Season 2. She is the younger of the Tweevils. She wears her hair in a bun with a ribbon-shaped hair tie. She also has a bandage on her nose. Her catchphrase is: "Oww! My nose!" Kaycee is usually less smart and has a higher voice than her sister.

Cameron (nicknamed "Cam" or "The Blaze") is voiced by Charlie Schlatter in Season 1 and Ian James Corlett in Season 2. Cameron is a good friend to the Bratz girls. He loves motorcycles and is Cloe's main special friend.
Dylan
Dylan (nicknamed "Dyl-Man" or "The Fox") is voiced by Ogie Banks in Season 1 and Adrian Holmes in Season 2. Dylan sometimes annoys the Bratz, which often makes them say "Goodbye Dylan!" Even though he is flirty and outgoing, he has a kind heart. He is always there for the Bratz when they need him. His special friend is Sasha.
Eitan
Eitan (nicknamed "The Dragon") is voiced by Josh Keaton in Season 1 and Trevor Devall in Season 2. Eitan works at a smoothie bar in the Stylesville mall. He doesn't appear as often as Cameron or Dylan. He is Yasmin's special friend. In one episode, Eitan agreed to ask Yasmin on a date. Yasmin found out it was for a magazine article and got angry, but they later made up.
Byron Powell
Byron Powell is voiced by Greg Ellis in Season 1 and Alistair Abell in Season 2. Byron is from London. The Bratz, Cameron, and Dylan first met him in Bratz: Rock Angelz. He lives a double life as a reality TV show host and a secret agent. He sometimes asks the Bratz to help him with missions. He is a funny character, similar to Simon Cowell.
Aloncé
Aloncé is voiced by Cree Summer (with singing by Lauren Evans). Aloncé is Sasha's favorite musician. She is a parody of Beyoncé. She only appears in one episode, "Sasha's Big Interview," and in some video game scenes. Her hit songs include "Everything" and "Shining Like Real Diamondz." She is an R&B singer and has a moon tattoo.
