Over the years, Annabelle Candy Company bought other candy makers. In 1972, they bought the Golden Nugget Company. Later, in 1978, they added the Cardinet Candy Company. This brought new and exciting candy bars to Annabelle's product line. More recently, in 2022, the Pearson's Candy Company also joined Annabelle Candy.
