Annazette Chase (born May 20, 1943) is an American actress. She is known for her roles in movies like The Mack (1973) and Truck Turner (1974).
She also played Belinda, the wife of famous boxer Muhammad Ali, in the movie The Greatest (1977). In this film, Muhammad Ali played himself.
Annazette Chase started her acting career with small roles. These included parts in Chamber of Horrors (1966) and Hotel (1967). She also appeared in Part 2, Sounder (1976) and Blume in Love (1973).

Annazette Chase's last movie was The Toy (1982). She starred alongside famous actors Richard Pryor and Jackie Gleason. Richard Pryor chose her for The Toy because they had worked together before in The Mack.

Annazette Chase grew up in San Luis Obispo, California. Her father owned a soul food restaurant there called Sister's Inn.
She often helped out at the restaurant. This is where she learned how to cook. According to Jet magazine, Annazette Chase has lived in London, England, since 1982.
