Ardian Bujupi (born 27 April 1991) is a popular singer and songwriter. He is from Germany and has Albanian roots. Ardian was born in Kosovo and moved to Germany when he was very young. He became famous in German-speaking countries after doing very well on a TV show called Deutschland sucht den Superstar. Ardian sings in both German and Albanian. Some of his well-known songs are "Andiamo" and "Na jena njo".

Ardian's Early Life

Ardian Bujupi was born on 27 April 1991. His family is Albanian. He was born in the city of Pristina, which was then part of Yugoslavia. When Ardian was young, his family moved to Hemsbach, a small town near Heidelberg, Germany. They moved to find a safer place to live.

Becoming a Star

In 2011, Ardian tried out for the TV show Deutschland sucht den Superstar. This show is a big singing competition in Germany. He sang a song called "Und wenn ein Lied" for the judges. Ardian did very well in the competition. He made it all the way to the semi-final round. He finished in third place on 30 April 2011.

After the show, Ardian released his first song called "This Is My Time". He sang this song in English. It quickly became very popular on the radio and online. Millions of people watched its music video in just one week. He then released more successful songs like "Rise to the Top" and "I'm Feeling Good".

Ardian started touring right after his first songs came out. He performed in Germany and Switzerland. Later, he was invited to perform in Kosovo and Albania. He even appeared on The X Factor Albania to share his new music.

Ardian became very popular in places where Albanian is spoken. He released a song called "Want U Now" there. This song was a big hit and was one of the most played songs during the summer. He also toured along the Albanian coast.
