Ari Boyland is an actor from New Zealand. He was born on August 10, 1987. He acts in movies, on TV, and on stage.
When he was a child, Ari became well-known for his role as KC in the science fiction TV show The Tribe. This show was very popular in New Zealand from 1999 to 2003. He also played Brodie Kemp in the TV series Shortland Street from 2010 to 2011. More recently, he stars in the TVNZ drama Testify, which started in 2024.

Ari Boyland's Early Life and First Roles
Ari Boyland was born in Lower Hutt, New Zealand. He is from a Jewish family.
His big break came when he played KC in the science fiction show The Tribe. He was a main character in the first three seasons and appeared briefly in the fifth season. His character, KC, became a bit like a student or helper to another character named Lex. Ari also appeared in a music video and an album for The Tribe called Abe Messiah. He was also in a documentary about the making of the show in 1999.
While he was studying at the New Zealand Children's Academy, Ari had small parts in other TV shows. These included Revelations - The Initial Journey and the Disney Channel Original Movie You Wish!. He also performed in many plays and musicals across New Zealand.

In 2009, he played Flynn McAllistair in the children's TV series Power Rangers RPM. This was a popular role for many young viewers. He also appeared in the TV show Go Girls.
In 2021, Ari joined the cast of Mystic, a family adventure series from the CBBC channel. In 2022, he started playing Rabbi Rob in the TVNZ comedy show Kid Sister. This show is about a Jewish family living in Auckland. He returned for the second season of Kid Sister in 2023.
More recently, in 2024, Ari starred in the TVNZ drama Testify. In this show, he plays Paul, who is the son of a rich and powerful family in Auckland.

Ari Boyland currently lives in Sydney, Australia. Before that, he lived and worked in Los Angeles for some time. His father lives in Brisbane. In September 2019, Ari announced that he had married actress Tara Spadaro.
