Joseph Armand Mondou (born June 27, 1905 – died September 13, 1976) was a Canadian ice hockey player. He played as a forward, which means he was one of the players who focused on scoring goals.

Armand Mondou was born in Yamaska, Quebec, Canada. He spent his entire National Hockey League (NHL) career playing for the famous Montreal Canadiens team. He started playing in the NHL in 1928 and retired after the 1940 season. During his time with the Canadiens, he helped them win the Stanley Cup twice, in 1930 and 1931. He also made history by being the very first NHL player to try a penalty shot, though the opposing goalie, George Hainsworth, managed to save it.
